SUPPLEMENTS

Supplementation isn't 100% necessary, but can be a great tool to help you reach your fitness goals. I use caffeine, creatine, and BCAAs daily. I also eat protein bars, protein chips, and use protein powders as needed to reach my protein intake goals.
